Film Scores & TV
My career as a composer of music for film and television began in 1986. It started with scores for television mini-series and sketch comedy shows and progressed onto feature films, which has been a fascinating field to work in. I’ve had the good fortune to work with some legendary figures in the Australian and UK film worlds: Gillian Armstrong, Fred Schepisi, Paul Cox, Nadia Tass and John Irvin, to name a few. The projects have taken me to many places, from New York to London, from Hawai’i to Sri Lanka. As you will see, I have even composed songs for Disney! Each film has thrown up a new set of musical challenges, and the close collaborative process involved in helping to realise a director’s vision is very inspiring. Here you will see many of the films I have composed music for.
